Admission Procedure
Admission starts from 15th of February and continues till 15th of April every year.
- The prospectus and application forms can be obtained from the school office between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm on all working days.
- The completed form for admission must be submitted to the school office with student’s two passport size photographs.
- Copy of birth certificate for admission to classes Nursery to Class I is to be submitted.
- School leaving certificate (original) of the last school attended for admission to classes II to XII is to be submitted.
- Certified copy of Annual report of the last school attended should be submitted for admission to classes II onwards.
- All the fees should be paid in time, otherwise the admission of the child will be cancelled.
- Fee once paid is not refundable even if a child leaves the school without attending a single day of the academic year.
Payment of Fee:
Fees have to be deposited in two instalments i.e. on or before 30th June and 30th November every year, failing which a fine of Rs. 5/- per day will be charged from the parents.
Withdrawal:
- A student can be withdrawn from the school by giving at least one month’s notice in writing by the parent / guardian.
- An application is to be made on the prescribed form for the School Leaving Certificate.
- Parents should ensure that all dues to the school are to be cleared before applying for the school leaving certificate.
- Duplicate copies of the school leaving certificate are not normally issued. Such certificates will be issued in special cases only after the parent furnishes an affidavit stating that the School Leaving Certificate has been lost and that they will be solely responsible for any possible misuse later.
